As European Field Medical Manager, you will lead the regional implementation of Global Medical Affairs objectives through a high-performing field medical team. You translate global strategy into Europe-wide execution, balancing consistency with local adaptation. You will foster scientific engagement and education with dermatology and immunology experts, driving evidence generation and insight sharing. This role offers the opportunity to shape medical strategy across Europe while collaborating across Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams. * Foster a culture of scientific excellence, compliance, and accountability
* Manage KPIs and field medical excellence standards
* Oversee regional KOL mapping, engagement planning, and stakeholder prioritization
* Guide teams in communicating complex scientific information to healthcare professionals
* Drive high-quality medical insight gathering and share insights with internal stakeholders
* Act as senior medical reference point for complex scientific discussions
* Identify regional medical education needs and lead scientific exchange initiatives
* Support development and execution of internal/external educational initiatives and advisory boards
* Collaborate with Clinical Development to support priority studies and investigator-initiated research
* Identify evidence gaps and facilitate scientific discussions on pipeline assets
* Ensure connectivity between field medical teams and clinical operations for trial awareness
* Partner with Medical Directors, Market Access, HEOR, Regulatory, and Commercial teams for scientific alignment
* Provide medical input to health economics, reimbursement, and market access activities
* Deliver disease area and clinical data training to internal stakeholders
* Support regulatory and medical documentation reviews (SmPCs, risk materials) as required
* Ensure activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
* Maintain scientific integrity, patient focus, and ethical engagement
Responsabilità
* Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent
* Significant Medical Affairs/Field Medical experience in biotech/pharma
* Prior people leadership or cross-country team leadership
* Strong expertise in immunological diseases within Dermatology and/or Respiratory
* Experience in regional or multinational strategic medical planning and execution
* Proven ability to build and develop high-performing medical teams
* Strong network with European KOLs and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
* Strong strategic mindset with balance of big-picture thinking and execution
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
* Experience working cross-functionally with Global and Regional Medical Affairs
* Fluency in English; other European languages advantageous
* Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
