WMS Delivery Analyst Overview: Our client is a leading global logistics and 3 PL business delivering innovative supply chain solutions across multiple sectors and geographies. Due to continued growth and investment across its technology and warehouse operations landscape, the business is looking to hire a Senior Solution Delivery Specialist to support WMS delivery, process optimisation and operational transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with operations, IT, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver Warehouse Management System solutions across implementation, testing, deployment and continuous improvement activities. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end solution implementation activities, ensuring alignment between initial business requirements and final delivery. Lead and coordinate functional testing, integration testing and customer validation activities. Define and maintain solution documentation, traceability and change requests in collaboration with IT, software development teams and operations. Support operational teams with process discussions, issue resolution and system understanding. Act as the key interface between technical teams and business operations, helping to align priorities and delivery expectations. Deliver WMS-related solutions from requirements gathering through to testing, cut-over, go-live and hypercare support. Identify process gaps and evaluate proposed functional solutions. Support incident management activities, including root cause analysis and issue resolution. Collaborate with operations engineers and process owners to improve workflows, system functionality and operational efficiency. Track project progress and report against agreed KPIs and milestones. Maintain strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners/customers. Requirements: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline preferred. Proven experience within supply chain, logistics or 3 PL environments. Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). 3–5 years' experience within software delivery, systems implementation or supply chain technology projects. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, applications and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Experience analysing and interpreting large datasets from multiple operational sources. Ability to communicate technical and operational information clearly to different audiences. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities within fast-paced and changing environments. SQL knowledge is essential. Experience with Jira, Confluence and testing tools would be advantageous. Collaborative mindset with experience working within matrix organisations and cross-functional international teams.
