For an important client company, we are looking for an HR Business Partner based in Taranto Responsibilities: management of third-party employment vendors to meet workforce planning; workforce planning definition, securing staffing in alignment with business objectives; supporting leaders and employees with Labor Relations aspects and HR matters; supporting for implementation of HR strategies, policies and practices in the organization, HR transformation and change management ; supporting recruitment of the right talents; supporting in managing labor litigations, contracts and trade union relations ; utilizing data and analytics to track key metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, diversity and employee engagement levels; enhancing staff performance and supporting leaders in employee development and in implementing policies, practices and other initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role should have: Degree in law combined with 3-5 years professional experience in labor relations in industrial environment. good business understanding, good communication and interpersonal skills, strategic understanding, good organizational and analytical skills, problem-solving attitude and a proactive nature.
