To support the strong growth of DPAM – Italian Branch, we are looking for a f/m for a curricular internship.
About the Role
A Marketing and Communications Intern is a professional who assists in developing and promoting the company’s brand and expertise in a specific region. Based in Milan in a very nice work environment, you will assist the local Marketing and Communication Manager in the daily follow up of the local MarComm media, campaigns and events plan for 2025-2026. This may include completing administrative duties, preparing social media analysis and promotional materials as well as creating presentations. In addition, you will also support the Italian sales team with specific clients’ requests.
In your position, you will be:
Marketing
* helping with the local coordination / logistics of planned local events for accurate outcomes
* helping with translations for all Italian language marketing literature and tools
* helping both the international marketing and the local team with the development and/or adaptation of new marketing material and the update and/or the review of existing one for our distributors and institutional clients
* supporting the local manager in adapting central marketing campaigns to local needs and use. This includes supporting the marketing manager in translating articles and landing pages, adding video subtitles, creating dedicated CRM emails, and social media posts
* performing analysis on various communication and marketing campaigns, in particular analyzing data and metrics related to local distribution of international campaigns (social media posts, landing page visits, CRM insights etc.)
Communication
* supporting the local manager in the daily management of local PR inquiries
* supporting the manager in the communication with local external suppliers and in its role of quality check for the communication to external clients and prospects
* supporting the local manager and PR agency with the translation and adaptation of content for local media partnerships or client needs (including articles, advertisings, video scripts from English to Italian)
Other:
* supporting the local team in daily administrative tasks if required
* helping with the review and update of local Italian language corporate or product collateral (fund presentations, fund manager's comments, sails aids, website sections update, brochure etc.)
* managing and updating company database and customer relationship management system (CRM) for MarComm counterparts, activities, and tools
Qualifications
* Current enrolment in a related Master (preference)/ Bachelor’s degree is a must
* Excellent knowledge of Italian grammar to develop and review marketing literature with an eye for detail and precision
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
* Knowledge of a second EU language a plus (in particular French)
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (online analytics, CRM and CMS tools, etc.)
* Graphic design tools a plus
