This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence — from procurement through to final delivery. The ideal candidate will also lead strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, process optimization, and organizational development within the Supply Chain function. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate international import and export operations in compliance with global, EU, and national regulations. /liliManage customs documentation /liliLiaise with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and consultants to ensure correct product classification, origin declarations, and payment of duties and VAT. /liliStay updated on customs regulations and international trade agreements /liliDesign and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s goals to enhance performance and reduce costs. /liliLead cross-functional projects with a focus on process innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement. /liliPlan, manage, and monitor Supply Chain projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. /liliIdentify and implement opportunities for automation and digitalization in collaboration with IT and relevant stakeholders. /liliDefine, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against service level, efficiency, and cost targets. /liliSupervise inventory management, stock allocation, and replenishment processes to support optimal product availability across international retail locations. /liliLead tendering processes and negotiate contracts to secure best-in-class supply agreements. /liliFoster alignment and communication across departments to ensure operational plans support broader company objectives. /liliPrepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on supply chain performance, risks, and improvement opportunities. /liliEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all supply chain activities. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles with proven exposure to Project Management (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus). /liliDemonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders. /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /liliBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred. /liliExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. /liliStrategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and the ability to lead change. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana), and ERP systems. /liliFluent in English (both spoken and written) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
