Job TitleServiceNow DeveloperOverviewThe candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing and maintaining state‐of‐the‐art Business Applications on the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application.Fix defects in ServiceNow modules.Adapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing client requirements.Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules.Write documentation and procedures, document source code with comments and technical documentation.Implement corrective actions.Report progress, issues, and problems to the supervisor; provide lessons learnedand suggestions to optimise work processes. Job Requirements Solid experience with AngularJS and/or ServiceNow Service Portal development.Strong experience with ITSM application development and customization.Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM concepts.Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.G., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) is highly desirable.Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Comfortable performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.Fluent in English, with the ability to present ideas to technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
