You will work across content, social media, campaigns, and lead generation, supporting both B2B and B2C audiences in multiple international markets.This position is ideal for someone with around 1 year of experience and a Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields, looking to grow in a fast-moving SaaS and cleantech environment.What you will doAct as the day-to-day operational interface between the Fractional CMO and the marketing agencyExecute marketing initiatives aligned with growth and lead-generation objectivesManage and grow HexErgy's social media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedInPlan, create, and adapt content (posts, carousels, short videos, captions) for different marketsSupport inbound lead generation through content, campaigns, webinars, and digital activationsAssist in lead qualification and funnel tracking (from content to MQLs, with guidance)Coordinate campaign calendars, assets, and deadlines with external partnersEnsure brand consistency across countries and languagesMonitor performance (engagement, reach, leads) and share insights with the CMOSupport events, webinars, and international marketing initiativesWho you are0–1 year of experience in marketing, sales, growth, or digital rolesMaster's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fieldsInterested in technology-driven, high-impact industries (cleantech, energy, SaaS)Curious and eager to learn about new markets and complex productsComfortable working with agencies and senior stakeholdersExecution-oriented, organized, and proactiveInterested in international and multi-country marketing environmentsFluent in English (written and spoken)Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)Nice to haveExperience managing or growing LinkedIn pagesFamiliarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similarInterest in short-form video or founder-led storytellingBasic understanding of funnels, CRM, analytics, or lead-generation conceptsPrevious exposure to B2B, B2C, SaaS, cleantech, or energy marketsWhat we offerFully remote role with flexible working hoursDirect ownership of marketing execution and social channelsClose mentorship from a Fractional CMODaily collaboration with an experienced marketing agencyExposure to international cleantech, SaaS, and energy marketsA mission-driven startup where your work creates measurable business impact
