An unforgettable experience, which puts the visitor first and ranks among the most important shopping destinations in Italy. /p pThis unique project is managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, one of Europe‘s leading outlet operators. /p h3YOUR TASKS /h3 ul liEnsure the application of retail operating procedures of the commercial structure; /li liMonitor and analyze the quantitative and qualitative performance of the stores, planning periodic meetings with brand partners; /li liSupport the stores and their headquarters, suggesting strategies aimed at improving their results and image (personnel, customer service, product, visual merchandising, pricing policies, communication, layout); /li liCoordinate planned promotional activities and monitor their results; /li liSchedule training for sales staff, aimed at achieving a good level of customer service and customer loyalty; /li liIncrease the visibility and attractiveness of the brands, leveraging all physical and digital touchpoints of the Village; /li liSupport brand partners in preparatory activities for new openings (personnel selection, staff training, welcome kit, loyalty tools, photo shooting); /li liPeriodically communicate to the ownership the retail activities carried out and produce the related reports. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and management skills; /li liOutstanding negotiation and communication abilities; /li liStrategic thinking and expertise in developing action plans to support business objectives; /li liStrong results orientation and proven ability to work towards goals; /li liAutonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving skills; /li liTeamwork attitude and strong cooperation skills; /li liEmpathy, enthusiasm, and creativity; /li liKnowledge of key visual merchandising techniques; /li liProficiency in spoken and written English; /li liFamiliarity with digital platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); /li liResidence and/or domicile in areas close to the Village. /li /ul pWe offer you an interesting and varied job in a growing company with employee benefits, training opportunities and much more.
