The role is critical for ensuring the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of key components for our utility‑scale PV and BESS projects, supporting renewable energy and grid integration. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 bStrategic Procurement Category Management /b ul liDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for high‑voltage equipment, inverters, and transformers, aligning with corporate sustainability goals and renewable project pipeline requirements. /li liManage procurement from market intelligence and RFPs through to contract negotiation and award. /li liLead supplier qualification and benchmarking for performance, cost, quality, risk, and innovation potential. /li liWork closely with business units to forecast sourcing needs and execute sourcing plans that support project delivery timelines. /li liDevelop and apply a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) framework to evaluate supply opportunities, optimize levelized cost of energy (LCOE), and maximize project returns. /li liLead global supplier relationships, fostering long‑term strategic partnerships with high‑voltage and inverter manufacturers and technology innovators. /li liAct as the key interface between internal technical, engineering, project, operations, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with business objectives. /li liPromote innovation and collaboration with suppliers to enhance competitiveness, quality, operations, reliability, and sustainability. /li liCommunicate sourcing strategies, key risks, and opportunities across stakeholders and senior leadership. /li liSupport global procurement initiatives and corporate sourcing objectives, ensuring consistency with enterprise‑wide supply chain strategies. /li /ul bContracting Negotiation /b ul liLead negotiation of complex commercial terms and Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), Long‑Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) where applicable. /li liCollaborate closely with legal, technical, and project management teams to structure risk‑balanced, bankable agreements. /li liManage relationships to ensure contract compliance, performance improvement, and continuous value creation. /li /ul bTechnical Market Expertise /b ul liMaintain strong understanding of high‑voltage and inverter technologies and grid integration systems within renewable generation projects. /li liAnalyze market trends, technology shifts, and supply chain dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and cost curves. /li liSupport project feasibility and design optimization through cost modeling and technical inputs on sourcing alternatives. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal or related field (Master's degree and Engineering preferred). /li li8–12 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement of renewable energy infrastructure equipment with emphasis on inverters and high‑voltage equipment sourcing. /li liProven experience in international strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, innovation partnerships, and contract execution. /li liProven track record in negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing MSAs. /li liKnowledgeable of U.S. safe harbor, tariffs, FEOC/material assistance, UFLPA, and tax equity financing requirements. /li liAbility to manage across multiple global time zones and willingness to travel as needed to supplier sites and project locations. /li liStrong knowledge of technical, operational, market, and financial drivers for utility‑scale and standalone storage projects. /li liSelf‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently across time zones. /li liHigh analytical capability, commercial judgement, and comfort managing ambiguity in evolving markets. /li liExcellent relationship management, influencing, and communication skills across executives and stakeholders. /li /ul pbDo you want to build a better future? /b /p pIn Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
