Purpose of the Job
Seasonal Sales Assistant to join the Christian Dior Couture team in Portofino. As a Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and deliver outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities
Sales
* Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques
* Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through product details and stories
* Know daily objectives and KPI
* Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add‑on sales
* Provide a retail experience to all customers and go the extra mile
* Understand how to handle the customer database and clienteling
Management of the Relationship with Clients
* Ensure a welcoming, client‑focused environment, offering best‑in‑class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
* Develop local and international client book, recruiting and developing top clients
* Problem‑solve with the management team to resolve client issues effectively
Back‑Office Support
* Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update stock after sales when necessary
* Elaborate and supervise product feedback
* Prepare delivery and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping
Profile
What You Can Bring
Requirements:
* Preferred experience of 2‑3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques
* Knowledge of the products and selling techniques
* University education or a fashion school degree
* English (C1‑C2) is mandatory (other languages are a plus)
* Office 365 and other basic digital software knowledge
