Overview
For one of our clients operating in the Banking sector, we are looking for an experienced Freelance ServiceNow Specialist to join our consulting and support team.
Responsibilities
* Maintenance and Support (Application Management): Execution of Application Management activities, including analysis, incident resolution, and management of Change Requests.
* Development and Configuration: Design, development, and configuration of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with best practices and architectural standards.
* Client Interaction: Direct client engagement for requirements gathering, solution presentation, and ongoing support, acting as the technical and functional point of reference.
* Analysis and Problem Solving: Conducting in-depth analyses to identify root causes of issues (Root Cause Analysis) and implementing effective solutions.
* Access Management: Configuration and management of permissions and data access on the platform, ensuring security and proper role segregation.
Required Skills
* ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
* JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, SOAP and REST APIs
* ServiceNow Architecture: Deep understanding of the difference between Client-Side and Server-Side development, with the ability to apply the appropriate logic
* ServiceNow Modules: Proven experience and proficiency in the use and configuration of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules
* Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and/or ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules will be considered a plus
* Italian language proficiency (C1)
