The role: We are looking for our future Operations Trainer for Italy and Croatia. Reporting directly to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for providing training sessions both on-site and online and support our partner campsite teams to ensure high-quality customer service, compliance with standards, skill development, and contribute to the creation of educational and informative contents. Main responsibilities: Onsite and online training - Be responsible for training our operation teams about internal procedures, tools (booking software, inventory management, etc.) and quality standards directly in our partner campsites all around Italy and Croatia. - Analyse the training needs in collaboration with the operation managers and be able to organise and lead theoretical and practical training sessions tailored to the specific necessities of each campsite. - Create and develop onsite and online training materials: technical guides, video tutorials, online training modules and other needed contents to facilitate the learning process. - Nurture a customer-oriented culture in all our operation teams and recommend specific techniques for dealing with conflicts, communication and team building problems. Skills monitoring and evaluation - Regularly evaluate team performance and prepare training reports for management. - Implement continuous training plans and assessments to ensure the evolution of staff skills. - Be comfortable with dashboards analysis and create proper recommendations from them. Innovation - Be proactive in developing new training methods or implement new technologies to guarantee a continuous development of the internal training process. - Stay updated on tourism sector trends to adapt training programs to guest expectations. Type of Contract: - 1 Year Fixed-term contract with subsequent transition to Permanent Requirements: - A Bachelor degree in Education sciences or a previous experience in training and coaching roles - 1/2 years of experience as a Trainer in multinational companies. - Willingness to travel all around Italy and Croatia - Proficiency in multimedia content creation and LMS platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software, e-learning platforms). - Valid driving licence (Patente B) - Fluent in written and spoken English (at least B2 level) - Previous experience in training in the tourism industry would be appreciated
