Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the lifecycle of innovative business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization based on product vision, and development monitoring according to project methodology. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring adherence to practices, rules, and values, and that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by all team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, etc. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Design solutions in conjunction with the Enterprise Solution Architect via Business Blueprint documents. Refine and document detailed user requirements to clarify for Development and QA teams. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse. Validate products during development phases following project methodologies. Support QA testing, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise. Support business case development for innovation proposals. Assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consulting firms. Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to conduct software demonstrations and communicate effectively at business and technical levels. Leadership skills for requirement gathering sessions. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external clients. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Education & Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. Knowledge of SDLC and experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML). Expected to travel domestically and internationally. What can you expect from us?
