HDG is looking for a motivated Art Director to join the international team in the Milan office.
DESCRIPTION
The profile required is a key figure within the agency in the strategic and design development of products and services. He / she is able to translate clients’ needs and briefs into targeted and original creative ideas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design branding projects (developing strategies based on the pillars: purpose, positioning, personality, values, brand architecture, naming) and offer articulated and complex solutions
* Create innovative and multichannel creative concepts
* Realise benchmarks functional to the strategic conception
* Design and manage communication campaigns
* Experiment with innovative and cutting-edge creative solutions
* Design verbal and creative content
* Develop and manage creative projects of a transversal nature designing the entire consumer experience
* Manage frontline customer relations by translating customer needs into innovative and effective creative language
* Develop accurate, well-defined and persuasive verbal and written presentations
REQUIRED SKILLS
* At least 2 / 3 years agency experience
* Experience in art direction for photo and video productions
* Combination of strategic, design and creative skills
* Proactivity and focus on new solutions
* Knowledge and expertise in digital communication and its application on different digital platforms
* Expertise in the use of the Adobe suite
* Extensive knowledge of social media
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Fluency in English, both spoken and written
* Persuasive and collaborative skills with a creative multidisciplinary team
* Multitasking ability
* Problem-solving, determination and proactive approach are preferred personal requirements
