His/her work will directly support the strategic objectives of Global Procurement and contribute to delivering value across the company. The position is open in Slovakia (Bratislava) and Italy (Badia Polesine and Rome) /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliCreate and manage Purchase Orders in line with preferred supplier lists defined by Category Managers or Strategic Buyers, ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services. /liliClarify invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth financial flows. /liliAssist in cost-saving initiatives that drive efficiency and value. /liliSupport departmental compliance with FDA, ISO, SOX, and other regulatory requirements. /liliAssist with supplier onboarding and ensure process compliance for PO issuance, including training requestors on proper procedures. /liliFollow established work instructions and company policies. /liliReconcile invoices and goods received/not invoiced issues in collaboration with Accounting, FPA, and other relevant functions. /liliSupport Strategic Buyers with RFQ preparation, bid analysis, vendor management activities, and specification handling. /liliProvide administrative and operational support for e-procurement platforms (e.g., Source to Pay / Procure to Pay). /liliContribute to the SAP S4 rollout, including creating SAP reports and maintaining procurement master data. /liliIdentify and implement savings opportunities and system efficiency improvements. /liliEnsure all PO outputs align with company requirements. /liliTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Procurement function. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliStrong computer literacy, including proficiency in SAP, AX, Onventis, and MS Office. /liliProven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines. /liliSharp attention to detail, with the ability to balance precision with a broader strategic view. /liliComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /liliDemonstrated experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. /liliLanguages: Fluent in English /li /ulpDentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer.
