Job Purpose
A member of the Client Service team supporting client contacts through various channels (phone, chat, email, WhatsApp) and servicing omni-channel client interactions for the Miu Miu EMEA region. The role involves managing cross-functional interactions with stores and corporate departments to ensure a personalized client experience.
Responsibilities

Prioritize the client experience in all interactions
Implement strategies to enhance client retention and engagement
Utilize the CRM system effectively to support clients via multiple channels
Build long-term relationships through authentic clienteling and personalized service
Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, providing support and solutions
Identify opportunities for upselling products
Assist clients with post-sale inquiries, including delivery, returns, repairs, and refunds
Resolve order issues efficiently by communicating with boutiques and concessions
Practice active listening, clarify information, and manage difficult clients professionally
Partner with the Client Service Team Leader to escalate incidents as needed
Collaborate with Store Operations to handle client queries and merchandising requests
Attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance
Achieve and exceed KPIs related to sales, client engagement, and contacts
Represent the Brand by delivering high-level luxury service

Requirements

Passion for connecting with clients and building personalized relationships to drive sales
Exceptional client service skills, including active listening and professional communication
Understanding of company products, services, and policies
Proficiency with computers and CRM software, with strong typing skills
Ability to ask inquisitive questions and manage tense situations
Strong time management and decision-making skills
Adaptability and accountability
Fluency in German, English, and Italian (spoken and written)
