In this role you lead the professionalization and scaling of our off-price B2B sales, partnering with senior leadership to embed data-driven processes and consistent brand interactions. You will build and standardize tools, templates, and methodologies to enable a high-performing B2B sales team. Your work strengthens alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution, driving sustainable growth. This is a pivotal role for shaping how we engage premium partners and translate strategy into operational excellence.

Responsabilità
* 4+ years in relevant roles, preferably in strategy consulting or fast-growing environments
* Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and complex strategic projects
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders
* Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities with structured problem-solving
* Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in English
* Experience in fashion or e-commerce is a plus
