IT Specialist – Finance, HR & Corporate Functions

The company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the former Lancia plant, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in 1937 and incorporated into the Iveco Group in 1975. Iveco Defence Vehicles boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company’s extensive engineering resources.


Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly hands‑on IT Specialist in Information Technology applied to Finance, HR & Corporate Systems to join our IT Finance, HR & Corporate Functions team.

The selected candidate will be the technical and functional reference point for core administrative systems within a multinational environment, ensuring IT platform stability and integration. The role requires 5‑6 years of experience in the IT field, with a strong focus on SAP Finance modules and critical corporate integrations, supporting strategic processes in Finance, HR, and Investments.


Key Responsibilities

* SAP Finance Core Management: Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Finance systems, providing hands‑on support, design, implementation and evolution of core modules: SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP CO (Controlling), and the IM‑PS (Investment Management and Project System) module.
* Multi‑ERP Context Support: Support three distinct SAP landscapes (EMEA, LATAM for specialty vehicles and ITALY for Trucks), ensuring process consistency and compliance across financial and corporate functions.
* Corporate System Integrations: Design, implement, and maintain critical integrations between the ERP systems and corporate control tools, including:
o Integration with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and corporate reporting systems.
o Support for the overall Product Costing processes.
o Management of systems related to Investment Management.
* HR & Corporate Application Support: Provide functional support and ensure the integration of key HR and corporate applications, including systems like ADP, core SAP HR modules, and travel/expense management tools such as Concur.
* Regulatory & Localization Expertise: Drive projects related to regulatory compliance, leveraging prior experience in implementing electronic invoicing solutions (B2B, B2G).


Specific Qualifications & Technical Skills

* Mandatory Expertise (5+ Years): Deep, hands‑on experience in configuring and supporting SAP FI, CO, and IM‑PS modules in a complex manufacturing environment.
* Integration Knowledge: Proven ability to manage data integration between ERP and corporate performance management (CPM) tools like HFM and external reporting platforms.
* E‑Invoicing: Direct experience with the design and implementation of solutions for electronic invoicing (B2B and B2G).
* International Localization: Experience with the design, maintenance, and evolution of SAP Finance systems, specifically focusing on Brazilian localization requirements, is a significant plus.
* HR/Corporate Tools: Familiarity with supporting core HR processes within systems like ADP, SAP HR modules, and Concur.


Soft Skills & Language Requirements

* Integrity & Customer Focus: High level of integrity and a strong customer service approach.
* Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex issues at all levels across the Company and Partners.
* Agility & Proactivity: Strong intellectual agility, ability to keep things simple, and a continuous learning attitude, with an orientation towards goals.
* Languages: Native‑level Italian and fluent English are mandatory. Knowledge of Portuguese or German is considered an asset.
