Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy. /p h3Role /h3 pThe IT Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data, and voice communication activities at the property. Working closely with the corporate team to implement corporate‑initiated technology, among other duties, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablish and maintain positive and professional relationships with all departments and corporate teams. /li liAdhere to Corporate IT instructions and provide reports on a timely basis. /li liEnsure that all critical systems are available 24 hours a day. /li liCollaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to acquire IT equipment, software licenses, and support services. Additionally, oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to guarantee cost‑effectiveness and prompt issue resolution. /li liAssist hotel guests with technical requirements and issues. /li liCreate training programs and resources to educate colleagues on the utilization of IT systems and tools. /li liManage the day‑to‑day IT requests and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liIT Degree or related major would be preferred. /li liProficient in providing technical assistance and support to end users, as well as managing and supporting networked computing environments for over 3 years. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, proficient in strategic planning and organizational skills, adept at multitasking and managing priorities. /li liPrevious hotel experience is a must. /li liFluent in both spoken and written Italian and English. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
