We operate in over 75 countries, with 80 Showrooms.
Responsibilities
* The Group Treasury & Credit Manager will maintain, optimize and improve the financial standing of all Brands / Companies under the umbrella of Lifestyle Design - Haworth Group.
* Areas of accountability include, among others, third party and intercompany borrowings management, liquidity management, cash flow projections, corporate credit risk management, treasury & credit operations, reporting and controls.
* Managing daily cash balances, relationship with banks, optimizing costs of banking operations;
* Short / medium term cash flow monthly projections in coordination with Group Financial Planner;
* Proactively improve working capital management of each Brand, follow-up on collections and disbursements;
* Ensuring a sound credit risk management by setting and enforcing a Global Credit Policy;
* Manage corporate Cash Pooling and evaluating new structures with the goal of minimizing “lazy cash” across all companies of the Group including foreign subsidiaries;
* Taking responsibility for the treasury & Credit IT projects to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness of the systems and reporting;
* Interest rate and FX risk management within Group Policies;
* Fulfil treasury & credit corporate reporting needs.
Qualifications
* A proven knowledge of cash pooling systems, preferably TMS Piteco, will be required.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
