Bilingual Housekeeper / Personal Assistant – Como, Italy
Location: Central Como (with local travel)

Hours: 20–40 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation: Excellent hourly/daily rate (DOE)
About the Role:
A dynamic and discreet Housekeeper / PA is required to support a high-profile businesswoman in her multi-level private residence in Lake Como. This is more than just a housekeeping position — it's a lifestyle support role for someone confident running a home, managing day-to-day tasks, and acting as a right-hand person.
This is an opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a private, high-standard environment and brings both emotional intelligence and reliability to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
* Local errands, personal shopping, and appointments
* Light housekeeping and coordination with the part-time cleaner
* Receiving guests and assisting with small private events
* Occasional airport pickups for family and friends
* Managing deliveries and vendors
* Local driving and occasional travel to Milan
* Basic admin and personal assistance
Requirements:
Native/Fluent Italian & English
3+ years in private households or UHNW environments
Confident driver with full licence
Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and highly discreet
Polished and personable with a flexible, can-do attitude
Legally able to work in Italy
This is a live-out position best suited to candidates based in or near Como. Flexibility around hours will be appreciated — as will a calm, trustworthy presence in the household.
