Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role, you lead the Production Support Department to optimize production, ensure safety and emissions goals, and drive digital innovations across oil, gas, and water processes. You collaborate with refining, commercial partners, and technical teams to improve performance and reliability. The position combines hands‑on operational support with strategic planning and KPI management in a complex, safety‑driven environment.
