OverviewThe Legal Specialist mission is to support the Legal team by providing proactive legal advice to the business, as well as by implementing initiatives and processes aimed at standardization and at fostering a strong culture of integrity, ethical behavior and responsibility. The role will be part of the Legal Development team and will report directly to the Head of Legal Development.LocationThis position is based in Milan (Italy), with flexibility to travel for work required. Location isHybrid Remote; office based in Milan.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and identify the legal risks and implications of all the business's transactionsDraft and negotiate a wide range of agreements (EPC; O&M; Consortium, MoU, Strategic Partnerships, etc.)Coordinate with external lawyers and advisorsInterface with all internal departments to arrive at the best solutions for NHOASet-up and continuously improve NHOA processes and standardsSupport the Legal team in all legal matters of NHOA GroupRequirements / QualificationsThe candidate must hold a Law degree and at least 1-2 years of experience as legal counsel in a legal department of an energy or construction company or with an international law firmExcellent drafting and negotiating skills in English; other languages, including Italian, will be a distinct advantageFluent, professional-level proficiency in English is essential, with the ability to draft, negotiate, and communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively in an international business environmentProven experience in handling contract reviews, drafting and negotiationFamiliarity with energy, construction or EPC projects and standard forms of contracts (e.g. FIDIC)Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectivesWhat we offerPermanent full-time contractAnnual gross salary of approx. €35,000, complemented by a welfare bonus & benefits packageA flexible and innovative approach to remote workingAmbitious and people-centered work environment — we invest in your growth and well-beingProfessional experience in an international setting, with a young and multicultural teamCross-functional collaboration to strengthen communication and teamworkThis announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with applicable law and to people of all ages and nationalities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
