The ideal candidate will have experience in design of line layouts according to customer specifications. He/she will be responsible to develop the most suitable layout solution for the Customer, ensuring correct integration of Sidel machines and Third-Party Equipment. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pThe Project Layout Conveying Engineer is responsible for delivering project layouts and conveyor quotations for new equipment projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations across Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD). The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to develop efficient, compliant, and competitive technical solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProject Deliverables (QCD Accountability) /li liEnsure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and company guidelines /li liDeliver project outputs within approved cost targets and regional sales strategy /li liComplete all activities within agreed project timelines /li liCompliance Governance /li liEnsure all statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements are met /li liOperate in line with company values, governance frameworks, and internal processes /li /ul h3Core Activities /h3 ul liUnderstand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions /li liConduct site surveys and participate in customer technical meetings /li liCollect and consolidate inputs from internal Product Divisions and external suppliers to develop engineering layouts aligned with the company sales strategy /li liPerform line dimensioning and accumulation calculations to achieve line efficiency in accordance with internal standards and customer expectations /li liPrepare conveyor quotations in line with Project Manager proposal requirements and customer specifications /li liManage conveyor suppliers during the pre-contracting phase /liliIntegrate all equipment into the overall layout while ensuring compliance with safety, ergonomics, and operational efficiency requirements /li liEnsure accurate data collection for project launch and effective handover to the Design Execution team /li /ul h3Collaboration Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liFoster a collaborative and results-driven project team environment /li liEngage effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle /li liProactively manage complexity and competing priorities /li liPromote a quality-first mindset across processes and deliverables /li liDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 h3Level Of Education And Languages /h3 pBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent /p pFluent in English; second language is a plus /p h3Required Experience And Skills /h3 ul li2+ years of experience as a layout designer in beverage industry /li liFundamental understanding of mechanical, electrical and assembly drawings /li liKnowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus /li liGood communication /li liProblem solving attitude /li liCapability to work under pressure to meet customer deadline and comfortable managing multiple tasks /li liProficient in MS Office /li liKnowledge of CAD environment (Autocad) 2D high level mandatory, 3D is a plus /li /ul h3Knowledge of conveying systems and associated concepts /h3 pFundamental understanding of mechanical, electrical and assembly drawings /p h3Availability /h3 pAvailable to travel up to 50% of the time /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
