As Vendor Manager for EU, you drive the onboarding and growth of customer‑relevant brands for Amazon Retail across Europe. You will build a compelling vendor ecosystem by partnering with new brands and guiding them through onboarding, catalog data integration, and use of Amazon tools. You’ll manage the recruitment pipeline autonomously, negotiate terms for long‑term growth, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize the vendor mix and performance. This role blends business development, data‑driven insights, and program execution to scale EU retail partnerships.

* Identify and evaluate new vendors for Amazon Europe and develop partnerships
* Prospect, outreach, and launch vendors; explain benefits of partnering with Amazon
* Serve as a business consultant to vendors and provide guidance across different profiles
* Assist vendors with catalogue data integration and training on internal tools
* Own vendor recruitment pipeline, manage from outreach to onboarding autonomously
* Negotiate annual terms to support sustainable growth on Amazon
* Plan, deliver, and report analyses on vendor performance
* Improve recruiting and onboarding processes and resolve technical blockers
* Lead cross‑functional projects and drive results with stakeholders
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent written and oral communication with ability to present to cross‑functional audiences
* Ability to engage with a wide range of decision‑makers, including C‑suite
* Experience in retail business management or consulting; strong negotiation skills
* Track record of meeting/exceeding business or financial KPIs
* Experience handling large data sets and generating insights using Excel, SQL, or similar tools
* Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
* Knowledge of additional EU languages
* SQL skills
