This role in summary: As an intern in our HR Operations team you will have the chance to contribute to the transformation projects aligned with the execution of our strategic initiatives, encompassing different fields - such as Change Management, Project Management, HR Processes review, HR Systems, Employee Experience. You will have a great business exposure to the HR environment through constant interaction and collaboration with the entire function at country and regional level. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of core HR processes within a multinational and multicultural Company. Your responsibilities will include: - Support design, planning, implementation and post implementation phases of the projects led by HR Operations function with Change and Communication plans and contribute to implement the appropriate measurement and governance systems - Support the HR Operations Team in the day-to-day operations during the entire Employee lifecycle - Contribute in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the HR Operations processes - Contribute to the implementation of “Future of work” concepts and tools in the Region - Support execution of engagement plans for the team Minimum requirements: Are you: - a Master’s Degree student or a fresh graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering? - a proficient English and Italian speaker, preferably with an international experience? - a strong team player with good analytical and communication skills? - a good user of Google Suite (in particular Google Sheet & Google Slides)? - a problem solver, able to identify out of the box solutions?
