PG-nous is seeking a proactive and skilled Business Analyst to join our team supporting digital projects and services for our clients, including ESA (European Space Agency). /ppThe Business Analyst will play a critical role acting as a bridge between the stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions. /ppWhat you will do /pulliWork closely with G-nous business and technical team, participating in cross-functional team meetings and contributing to decision-making processes. /liliEnsure continuous communication with clients’ stakeholders to plan the activities, and address any issues or changes. /liliEngage in project analysis (technical/functional) throughout the lifecycle, including design, development and testing, to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective solutions. /liliTranslate business requirements into clear, detailed and testable functional specifications. /liliDevelop and maintain functional documentation, including process flow diagrams and use cases. /liliPlan, organize, and execute projects, leveraging agile methodologies and using tools like Jira to drive team progress, facilitate communication and ensure successful project completion. /li /ulpWho we’re looking for /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics or STEM related disciplines; /liliMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, ideally within the digital sector; /liliProven proficiency in working on projects focused on the development of digital products and / or Business Intelligence solutions; /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and client representatives; /liliDemonstrated expertise in Agile project management methodologies; /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; /liliExcellent English language skills; /li /ulpNice to Have: /pulliExperience working in a consulting firm. /liliKnowledge of needs assessment techniques. /liliExperience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics. /li /ulpCareer Growth and Development /ppAt G-nous, we are committed to fostering the professional growth of our employees.
