Deliver personalized, top-class customer service by ensuring all equipment is operational. Support end users in connecting and operating their devices. Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to communicate effectively with customers. Consult on technical aspects and troubleshoot problems. Coordinate local testing activities to validate product performance. Ensure all solutions in the Milan Flagship and La Rinascente are functioning properly; resolve technical issues as needed. Gather customer feedback to improve solutions and services. Participate in customer meetings and site visits to assess needs and provide solutions. Support customers facing technical issues and coordinate repairs if necessary. Qualifications and skills: Experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of audio-video technology and home automation systems. Excellent customer service skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to conduct customer journeys and presentations in-store. Analytical skills for data analysis and process improvements. Customer-focused and proactive problem-solving approach.
