What You Will Do:
4. Conducting all foreign trade operations in accordance with Customs, ADR, Ecolab legislations and all national/international legal regulations
5. Managing the international transportation operation according to price-performance, service quality and safety criteria
6. Following up the changes in customs legislation and inform the related parties
7. Prioritizing the products to be imported aligning with Planning, Finance and Sales divisions
8. Tracking goods in transit, missing or damaged products
9. Pre-exit control of import shipments, informing the carrier
10. Arrangement, follow-up and delivery of all documents related to downloads
11. Sending arrival notifications to the Customs and checking the warehouse / declaration process
12. Calculation and follow-up of payments to be made to suppliers and customs
13. Receiving export orders, informing related units for supply, credit check order approval process
14. Consolidation of export orders according to quantity, IMCO hazard class, etc.
15. Transferring the relevant documents (Invoice, GCB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis) and information (Origin, GTIP, reservation confirmation, bank information) to the relevant parties
16. Printing the shipments of the relevant export order, creating the e-export invoice
Minimum Qualifications:
17. Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
18. Fluent in English
19. Use AS400
