This is a full-time, on-site role based in Venice for a Food and Beverage Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, managing 3 restaurants and 3 bars in the property. Coordinating the catering services for the events. Ensuring exceptional quality and service, managing budgets, and maintaining cost control. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating training programs, enhancing customer experiences, and working closely with other departments to uphold the brand standards of San Clemente Palace Venice.
Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences Experience in team Training, leadership, and staff development Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
