More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects with a SAP backgroundExperience in Supply Chain Execution (EWM, TM, Yard) and/or Supply Chain Planning (IBP, SAC) and/or S/4HANA as a SAP Project Manager and/or Senior Consultant is a strong advantageProficiency in Project Management methodology, project planning tools, and techniques; Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (nested functions, formulas, text functions) and excellent PowerPoint skillsStrong experience with work management tools and platforms (Jira, Signavio etc.)Proficiency in Project Planning - the ability to work with a project team to create a detailed project plan and resource plan from rough order of magnitude documentationExcellent relationship‐building and networking skills, and the ability to function successfully in a team environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills in English and Italian (other languages such as German, French, Spanish are an advantage)Readiness to travel if project tasks require it

Leading SAP IT projectsDevelop and maintain IT project plans, including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path analyses, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, and project budgetsSet deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projectsPrepare project status reportsDrive decisions to ensure the success of projects, taking into account timing, risk, functional requirements, and business benefits
