This role acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also supporting payroll coordination activities in collaboration with an external provider. This is a temporary contract (6‑12 months) starting from May/June. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3HR Business Partnering /h3 ul liPartner with Line Directors and business leaders to deliver the people strategy and drive high performance /li liAct as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and change management /li liLead quarterly people reviews and support workforce planning activities /li liDrive talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance cycles, and employee development /li liCollaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning Development to ensure hiring and development strategies meet business needs /liliMonitor employee engagement and lead action planning following engagement surveys /li liEnsure alignment with local employment law and company policies /li /ul h3Payroll Coordination (Approx. 15%) /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact between TD SYNNEX and the external payroll provider (Studio Paghe) /li liSupport monthly payroll activities including data collection, validation, and communication of employee changes (e.g. salary updates, absences, variable elements) /li liReview preliminary payroll outputs and ensure accuracy before final processing /li liEnsure timely and accurate submission of payroll inputs in line with deadlines /li liSupport internal stakeholders with payroll‑related queries /li /ul h3Governance Compliance /h3 ul liContribute to Ethics Line case management where required, ensuring confidentiality and compliance /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist /li liStrong knowledge of Italian labour law /li liExperience working with external payroll providers (preferred) /li liStrong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions /li liExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills /li liExperience with Workday or similar HR systems is an advantage /li liFluent in Italian and English /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pHybrid work (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).
