As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist at FH Collective - Academy, you will implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients, specializing in social media advertising and Google Ads management.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients.
* Manage social media advertising across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
* Create keyword packages and provide bid and budget recommendations.
* Build expertise in optimization techniques across Google products (GSN, YouTube, Mobile).
* Conduct data and trend analysis to generate actionable insights and report on KPIs.
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising and optimization; experience with Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other online marketing platforms is preferred.
* Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking.
* Good understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
* Danish language proficiency: minimum B2 level.
* EU ID or valid work visa.
Compensation & Benefits
* Annual Base Salary: €23,000
* Annual Premium Bonus: €3,240
* Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 / working day
* Annual Transportation Bonus: €720
* Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross salary
* Health & Life Insurance: Family plan including spouse and children

* Relocation Support:
o Assistance with NIF and NISS registration
o Help finding accommodation
o Relocation bonus: €2,000 for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal, €1,000 for candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area
