With offices in Milan and Riyadh, the company boasts an international and multidisciplinary team. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppstrong Project Planning /strong /pulliDevelop detailed project plans for installations and exhibitions, including timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong Supplier Management /strong /pulliNegotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and partners, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong Client Management /strong /pulli(When the project is not directly produced by the studio) manage communications with the client and their team. Oversee all formalities related to contracts, proposals, budgeting, and project delivery. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong Project Coordination /strong /pulliOversee all phases of the project by coordinating internal departments (creative, technical, production, legal, finance, ticketing, and communications), ensuring clarity of information and workflow continuity from concept to execution. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong Logistics /strong /pulliOrganize and manage logistics for team site visits, setup, operations, and dismantling phases, including location scouting and selection. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong Compliance Safety /strong /pulliEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong Requirements /strong /ppbr/pullistrongExperience /strong: 3–5 years in project management, ideally within the event, exhibition, or immersive experience industries. Experience in the Middle East is a strong plus. /lilistrongProject Management Skills: /strongProven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong planning and organizational skills. /lilistrongCommunication: /strongExceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. /lilistrongAttention to Detail: /strongHigh level of accuracy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. /lilistrongFlexibility: /strongComfortable with changing priorities and working in a dynamic, evolving context. /lilistrongPassion for Innovation: /strongKeen interest in new technologies and immersive formats. Familiarity with software for video and computer graphics is appreciated to effectively liaise with creative teams. /lilistrongTravel: /strongWillingness to travel internationally, including extended stays abroad during project execution phases. /lilistrongLanguages: /strongExcellent command of written and spoken English.
