At BonusX, we prefer to work on solutions together instead of just “handing over” designs. /li liInfluence product strategy, bringing insights to keep us innovative and aligned with user and market expectations. /li liYou are a visual storyteller: You have strong foundations in typography, branding, and information design. /li liYou are collaborative: Instead of working in isolation, you prefer to involve different stakeholders throughout your process. /li liYou are a clear communicator: You express your ideas with clarity, transparency, and respect, and give and receive constructive feedback effectively. /li liYou are decisive and autonomous: You are able to apply learnings and change course quickly, while balancing quality and velocity. /li liYou are pragmatic: You know when we don’t need to reinvent the wheel and can follow industry standards, and when to break them to innovate. /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ol liDegree (or equivalent experience) in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or a related field. /li li2+ years of experience in designing digital products, working hands-on from ideation to implementation. /li liA strong design portfolio showcasing 2-3 projects explaining your design process and achievements. /li liExcellent English skills, both written and spoken. English is our official company language since we are a diverse and multicultural team. Italian is always a plus! /li liExperience with user research practices and methodologies. /li liGood understanding of Front-End development practices and technologies.
