Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than b50 countries /b around the world and employs about b30,000 people of over 130 nationalities /b. /p pbPurpose of the position: As International HR Compensation Specialist – French Speaker, you will join our Compensation Benefit Department /b /p pWithin the Compensation Benefit team of Saipem, based in Milan, the person, reporting to the Head of Compensation, will be responsible for supporting compensation strategy for international staff. This role is crucial to ensure that compensation practices are competitive and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with foreign branches, contributing to international compensation projects. /p pbHow can you support us? /b /p ul liAnalysis and development of compensation strategies that meet corporate needs and market studies. /li liCollaboration with the corresponding human resources functions in local branches to define grading system, compensation structures and incentive plans. /li liMonitoring market practices in terms of compensation, ensuring the competitiveness of the offer. /li liPreparation of analytical reports on staff compensation levels and the effectiveness of compensation policies. /li liSupport in managing the annual salary review process. /li liCoordination with external providers for managing compensation surveys. /li liPromotion of a culture of transparency and communication regarding compensation systems. /li /ul pbWhat are we looking for? /b /p pbEducation: /b Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields; /p pbBackground: /b 2-4 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, particularly in compensation, preferably in the French market. Given the company's international profile, professional experience abroad will be considered a plus. /p pbLanguages: /b Proficiency in French and English are essential requirements. /p pbTechnical Knowledge: /b Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly of Excel. /p pbWhat else should you know? /b Willingness to travel abroad is required.
