Main responsibilities
VMI Planning & Operations ManagementManage MRP planning and reporting for customers under Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service.Coordinate with 3PL providers responsible for stock handling and warehousing within the VMI framework.Oversee customer account operations related to VMI, including communication and back‑office activities.Customer Account & S&OP; ManagementHandle customer accounts for top‑tier clients in the AG product segment.Lead and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes for assigned customers.Ensure timely and accurate execution of back‑office tasks and customer communications.Sales Forecasting & Data AnalysisPerform interpolative and predictive analysis of customer demand using MRP data.Support decision‑making through data‑driven forecasting insights.Reporting Maintenance & DevelopmentContribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of logistics and planning reports.Ensure reporting tools and outputs meet operational and strategic needs.Inventory Control SupportAssist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Fluent in EnglishGood Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization (Power Query, Power BI is a plus).
