Location: Work from Office in Delhi/Noida

What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
As an Amazon customer service associate, your purpose is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers by answering requests through phone, chat and/or email, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance. You’ll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a focus on issue prevention and resolution
* Provide accurate information and guidance on orders, products, payments, and website navigation
* Use internal tools to research and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Have the right to work in India
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills
* Experience working with a computer
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, overtime as required)
