The role ensures high-quality customer care, product service excellence, and the effective performance of internal and external technical networks. This position plays a key role in driving process standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the region in line with the service strategy of the company in Europe. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Field Operations Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate field service activities across European markets in alignment with regional standards and objectives. /li liOversee the performance and management of internal technicians and external service partners. /li liSupport local Field Service teams in day-to-day operational decisions and escalations. /li /ul h3Operational Model Optimization /h3 ul liAnalyze market-specific operational models and identify efficiency opportunities. /li liIntroduce improved or new operating models to strengthen quality, cost control, and productivity. /li liDefine and implement standardized operating procedures and workflows across Europe. /li /ul h3Service Partner Management /h3 ul liDefine European-level procedures for selection, onboarding, and qualification of new service partners. /li liEstablish annual evaluation criteria for qualitative and quantitative performance measurement. /li liMonitor performance of the service partner network and drive corrective actions or improvement plans. /li liProven experience managing external service partners and technician networks. /li /ul h3Performance Management KPI Oversight /h3 ul liMonitor monthly performance across markets (technical KPIs, quality, NPS CSI). /li liDevelop and track service KPI improvement plans. /li liEstablish annual targets and budget for the Field Service function. /li liComfortable working with digital tools and workflows to drive standardization and operational excellence and experience with Field Service Management platforms. /li /ul h3Best Practice: Cross-Functional Collaboration Cross-Market Alignment /h3 ul liWork closely with Contact Center, Supply Chain, Product Quality and Commercial teams. /li liEnsure alignment on end-to-end service processes, including parts availability, repair cycle, and customer follow-up. /li liSupport local field teams in meeting commercial service targets (e.g., service sales, warranty extensions, spare parts). /li liIdentify, document, and share best practices in Field Service and Product Exchange Management. /li liPromote adoption of tools, methodologies, and standards across all European markets. /li /ul h3Quality Cost Control /h3 ul liContinuously monitor repair quality, technical effectiveness, and recall/rework rates. /li liManage and control service cost drivers and define optimization initiatives. /li liEnsure the right balance between service quality and cost efficiency. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 pbEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field. /p pbProfessional experience: /b 3–7 years of proven experience in Service department. /p pbLanguage: /b Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English (written and spoken). /p pbSoft skills: /b Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. /p pbTechnical Skills: /b Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
