Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships and effectively communicating client needs to the delivery team.
* Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, manage expectations, and promptly address any issues or concerns.
* Collaborate with Sales Accounts to develop business within the client portfolio.
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion that meets quality standards.
* Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.
* Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, reporting progress and necessary adjustments.
* Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
* Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture within the team.
* Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Develop risk mitigation strategies, monitor risks and issues, and elevate them as needed.
* Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies, anticipate client needs, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
* 8–10 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a related role within the banking industry.
