Import Specialist – Distribution
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing shipment data, ensuring alignment with available resources, and providing exceptional service to both Distribution and various clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and verify shipment requests in the company system, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
* Offer top‑tier customer service to our Distribution department and a range of external clients.
* Liaise with DACHSER import offices to ensure smooth communication and operations.
* Coordinate and manage the scheduling of pickup requests.
Basic Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Any previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* English level B2.
