What are we gonna do together?
The Customer Support Team plays a crucial role in representing MAF's offerwall service, MyChips. In this role, you will manage our customer support chat and social media channels, assisting customers with questions regarding our offers and resolving occasional errors or issues.
As you become familiar with our products and services, you'll have the opportunity to become an expert in advising and assisting our users. Your mission is to provide exceptional support and leave a lasting positive impression on MyChips users.
Within the Customer Support Team, there is room for growth. You could evolve into the role of Team Leader, guiding support members, or become a Community Manager, actively engaging with our user community to foster connections and enhance their experience.
What will you do?
1. Assist users in understanding and navigating various offers available on the offerwall.
2. Address and troubleshoot technical errors or issues encountered by users.
3. Provide friendly and informative responses to questions and concerns.
4. Document and report recurring technical issues for analysis and improvement.
5. Guide users to self-help resources and FAQs.
6. Collect feedback about user experience with the offerwall service.
7. Share insights and suggestions with the team for continuous improvement.
8. Seek ways to enhance the quality of support provided.
What will you need?
* Fluency in English and Korean.
* At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
* Good knowledge of the digital advertising industry.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy.
* Outstanding active listening skills.
Nice to have :
* Experience in the mobile marketing sector.
