You’ll feel valued and respected for your role in the company’s success, at every stage of your journey with us. /p h3Role And Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for drafting a general budget, identifying tools, data and procedures to detect variances in the company’s economic variables. /li liResponsible for costing and profit margin analysis of the income statement. /li liResponsible for managing the banking system and appropriate funneling to the system. /li liResponsible for PFN through constant monitoring of credit and debit variables. /li liCompare forecast data with actuals to evaluate relationships between the data and the factors that cause alignment or variance compared to the budget. /li liPropose corrective measures for negative variances. /li liDefine objectives and criteria for designing the general and analytic accounting system, establishing report characteristics and structure. /li liEvaluate characteristics and potential of financial tools for ordinary business activities. /li liManage short, medium, long‑term cash flows through sales forecast analysis, accounting schedules and loan repayment plan. /li liPrepare the civil finance file by reclassifying the verification balance based on current accounting principles. /li liEnsure administrative management of insurance contracts in collaboration with the CEO, monitoring all contractual and management aspects. /li liSend information flows for your area of competence to the Supervisory Body. /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liDegree in accounting, finance, economics or related disciplines. /li liAt least 3 years of experience or motivation to pursue a professional growth path. /li liExcellent knowledge of English. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liIn‑depth knowledge of accounting, civil tax and civil regulation. /li liExcellent knowledge of Excel and major ERP systems (preferably SAP). /li liAnalytical abilities, precision and result orientation. /li liLeadership and team management skills. /li /ul h3We offer /h3 pDirect insertion into the company with prospects of consolidation.
