- Partner with key regional business leaders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) to understand business needs and translate them into scalable IT solutions.
- Oversee the integration of regional applications and data flows into enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Data), ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Drive regional adoption of global technology rollouts (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Data Platforms), acting as a feedback loop to improve usability and user adoption.
- Lead IT integration activities related to Mergers & Acquisitions for in‐region entities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and standards.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, including GDPR, tax, labor, and data privacy requirements, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
Competenze ed esperienza
- A strong academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading and managing complex IT infrastructures within structured and highly regulated environments.
- Solid expertise in data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a strong track record in guiding and developing high‐performing technical teams.
- A forward‐looking mindset, with hands‐on exposure to emerging technologies and the ability to convert innovation into tangible business value.
- The ability to operate effectively within international, matrixed organizations, collaborating across regions and functions.
- Fluent English, with strong communication and influencing skills in a global business context.
