About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for delivering a top-tier recruitment service across Italy and Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver recruitment services.
- Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through various methods.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and articulate our employer value proposition.
- Represent our employer brand effectively.
- Maintain recruitment standards, governance, and compliance.
- Lead the selection process using various methods.
- Manage the offer process in line with our total reward guidelines.
- Conduct talent mapping and provide external insights to inform resourcing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven recruitment experience managing high-volume roles.
- Experience working in an international organization, preferably in healthcare companies.
- Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to interact remotely with ease.
- Initiative, energy, and enthusiasm to achieve results.
- Ability to adjust to change positively.
- Expertise in investigating issues and providing insights for effective hiring.
