Ph3Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Cosmetic) /h3 pSalary: EUR 50.000 - 75.000 /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure regulatory compliance of cosmetic, food and nutraceutical products across EU and non-EU markets /li liManage regulatory activities including SDS, CLP labelling, PCN notifications and goods classification for road and sea transport (ADR / IMDG) /li liSupport technical office activities on product regulations and certifications, including Technical Data Sheets (TDS), product declarations and technical customer support /li liCollaborate with Supply Chain on raw material CoA verification and identification of new suppliers and alternative raw materials /li liInterface with Production to manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and production orders, ensuring regulatory and technical alignment /li liMonitor evolving regulations, contribute to process improvement and support cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science Technology, or related fields /li li5+ years in regulatory roles, including 2+ years leading a team /li liMaster's or specialized Regulatory Affairs courses (preferred) /li liDeep knowledge of EMA, AIFA, FDA, EFSA guidelines; EU regulations (cosmetics 1223 / 2009, food 178 / 2002 1924 / 2006), GMP / GDP, REACH, CLP /li liDossier management and regulatory database expertise /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
