Job responsibilities: - Lead the logistics operations and processes, upgrading current quality standards - Management of logistics partners (depots and warehouses) - Plan and control inbound/outbound activities (production receiving, returns, shipping), liaising with internal stakeholders and logistic partners. - Management of forwarding agents (for online/offline sales), including the identification of new partners and the relative contract negotiation, as well as checking costs and supervising the related services and processes - Supervision and support (also in coordination with the Customer Care and external agencies) of customs practices (made-in, duties, certificates of origin, etc.) - Responsibility for budgets for logistics partners and forwarding agents. - Implement and perform sales analysis and reporting for retail, franchising and ecommerce. - Guarantee the compliance with import, export and customs regulations Profile: University degree in Economics/Engineering Professional, with 5/7 years’ experience in logistic operations on Retail/Omnichannel, with strong organizational skills.
