Based at our Rome HQ, you’ll work closely with the Lover of Sales and Customer Care, supporting and coordinating the daily operations of a high-energy team that connects our guests (B2C), our partners (B2B), and all our Squares across Italy (and beyond!). You’ll play a key role in shaping smooth processes, strengthening relationships, and helping our teams reach their goals — with a good dose of Yellow flair.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the Lover in coordinating and aligning the Sales & Customer Care team’s daily and weekly tasks Ensure smooth and timely communication between team members and across departments Monitor the quality and consistency of communications with B2B partners (schools, tour operators, agencies) and B2C guests Review team workflows and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and tools (CRM, email templates, reporting, etc.) Supervise team KPIs and report on performance metrics and customer feedback Help onboard and train new team members, sharing best practices and team rituals Step in when needed to support team members during peaks (bookings, group coordination, reviews)
What You Bring
2–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer care, ideally with team coordination responsibilities Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); knowledge of other languages is a great plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust across teams Experience working with digital tools such as PMS (Clock), CRM, OTA extranets, Google Workspace, and (nice to have) channel managers Great organizational mindset — you love a good dashboard, follow-up system, or internal playbook A coaching spirit: you’re eager to help others grow and improve Availability for full-time work at our Rome HQ (with 1 remote day per week)
