Akronos Technologies, a leading Italian company in hi-tech engineering innovation and services, is looking for anQA serviceRole:QA SERVICEPlace of work:MilanThrough the implementation of a new dedicated platform integrated in the MTS and ENX ecosystem, extend the existing BondVision D2C model for cash bonds and repo to also support interest rate swaps, in the jurisdictions of EU (MTF), UK (MTF) and US (SEF).He/she will support the design and implementation of the new platform and provide testing services within MTS' Money Market Technology team.Develop, execute and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases and scripts for the BondVision Swaps platform.Perform functional, regression and user acceptance testing to validate platform features and compliance with requirements.Identify, document and track defects, collaborating with development and business analyst teams to resolve issues efficiently.Ensure testing covers regulatory, operational and user experience aspects for swaps trading in EU (MTF), UK (MTF) and US (SEF) jurisdictions.Support the preparation of test documentation for regulatory and internal audits.Provide input on quality standards and best practices for electronic trading systems.Arrange and manage demonstrations of the software that has been developed specifically for the client.Skills requiredProven experience in quality assurance or software testing within financial services, ideally in trading platforms or market infrastructure.Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.Previous involvement in projects related to interest rate swaps, fixed income products or derivatives is highly desirable.Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.Education and Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance or a related field.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.Knowledge of regulatory environments relevant to swaps trading (MTF, SEF).Familiarity with electronic trading systems and financial instruments.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Profile and Skills:Detail-oriented, analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document findings clearly.Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary, international project team.Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
