Responsibilities
* Designing the Roadmap – Partner with various business lines to identify, design, and implement cutting‑edge IT solutions, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Software Innovation – Design software solutions aligned with the latest technology trends, ensuring our systems remain state‑of‑the‑art.
* Team Coordination – Coordinate the application delivery team, allocate resources efficiently based on company priorities, and manage vendors involved in the process.

Qualifications
* Strong experience (at least 5 years) in implementing technology programs for global companies.
* A Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in STEM or Information Technology.
* Proven track record as an Applications Delivery Manager, with a solid understanding of various methodologies.
* Proficiency in business analysis and data management.
* Extensive knowledge of cloud-based application delivery.
